Maintenance & Construction Services
WPM Real Estate Management offers its clients a comprehensive construction services division to manage ongoing maintenance, oversee capital improvement projects, and respond quickly and effectively in crisis situations.
With a 6,000 square-foot warehouse and a fleet of more than 15 service trucks, our service center is equipped to perform a wide variety of maintenance and remodeling services. We employ teams of experienced and licensed professionals to provide electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, welding, drywall, painting, snow removal, and more.
Additionally, WPM can serve as the on-site construction manager for large construction projects, ranging from common area redecorating to ground-up development, and ranging in size from $10,000 to $10 million. We can provide project management assistance to oversee general contractors and/or other providers, coordinate schedules with owners/tenants, and guide projects to successful, cost-effective completion.
