WPM promotes Cristina Istrate to Community Manager of 101 Ellwood Modern Lofts & Apartments WPM Real Estate Management has promoted Cristina Istrate to Community Manager of its newest class-A multifamily managed community, 101 Ellwood. Ms. Istrate will be responsible for the optimum performance of the brand new luxury apartment community, including: leasing, personnel management, customer service, maintenance, and revenue enhancement. Ms. Istrate has been associated with WPM since 2011, and most recently functioned as a Leasing Specialist at the luxury apartment community, 1901 South Charles.
Her previous success in the lease-up phase of property management, not only made her the logical choice for the position, but also garnered her WPM’s Outstanding Achievement Award for 2013. “She is direct. She is full of energy and valuable ideas. She takes ownership of her community. She teaches the WPM core value of TEAM, and is the example every day.” said Len Frenkil, WPM’s President of Multifamily Management.
