WPM AWARDED MANAGEMENT CONTRACT FOR THE 1209 NORTH CHARLES CONDOMINIUM
WPM Real Estate Management is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of The 1209 North Charles Condominium has selected WPM as their new management company, effective May 1, 2014. The Condominium joins more than 120 multifamily rental communities, condominiums, home owner associations, and commercial properties under management in the Mid-Atlantic region with WPM.
