Commercial Management
WPM Real Estate Management understands that commercial real estate is more than just a property, it's an investment. For over 50 years, our team has helped preserve and grow the value of our clients' assets through thoughtful, experienced, and proactive management practices.
Our commercial management portfolio includes office, retail, and industrial properties located throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. We recognize that different types of properties require different approaches to management. As a result, we remain flexible and innovative in our approach, tailoring services to meet each client's specific needs. We are experienced managing properties with single entity owners as well as commercial condo properties where there are multiple owners and established Boards.
Our full suite of services, includes:
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the property
- Providing 24/7 on-call and emergency response service
- Handling all regular maintenance repairs
- Coordinating tenant communication and correspondence
- Providing financial management, including preparation of budgets and estimates, complete AR and AP bookkeeping services, and accurate and timely monthly financial reports and year-end statements
- Maintaining monthly operating expense summaries and variance reports
- Supervising all contractors and sub-contractors
- Offering consultation on zoning and building code issues
- Providing construction management for capital projects
