Position Accounts Payable Specialist Location Owings Mills Description The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing approximately 1,000 invoices for payment each week. Job duties also include entering data, verifying invoices, preparing weekly check runs, and researching accounting items. 

Requirements Great customer service and accounting skills required. We also require proficiency with Word, Exel and Microsoft Outlook.

Position Carpenters Location Owings Mills, MD Description Our Service Department is currently seeking Carpenters. This position will handle a diverse amount of service work at properties in the Baltimore City and County area.  The hours are 7:30-3:30 Monday through Friday. Requirements Candidates should have strong carpentry skills, with good general mechanical skills and also have their own tools and transportation. Must successfully complete background investigation and pre-employment drug testing.

Position Cook - Assisted Living Location Ellicott City, MD Description Experienced cook wanted for small home-like assisted living facility. Show your talents and creativity in using fresh ingredients and scratch cooking to serve very friendly residents in country-like setting. Looking for experience in creating American and European dishes with a specialty in desserts. Beautiful suburban-like setting, but served by MTA Bus number 150. Requirements Must be eligible to complete Serv Safe and Howard County Food Manager certifications. Commitment to excellent customer service a must. Familiarity with COMAR regulations a plus. All candidates must successfully complete background investigation, physical examination and pre-employment drug screening.

Position Maintenance Helper Location Owings Mills, MD Description We seek a reliable Maintenance Helper to assist our Maintenance Technicians and Foreman with projects for our Service Deparment.  The position consists of snow removal, light maintenance, running errands, picking up materials, demolition, ground maintenance, back up emergency call and some other duties as needed. Requirements The position requires prior maintenace experience, good communication skills, and successful completion of our background and drug test.

Position Maintenance Superintendent/ Supervisor Location Baltimore City and County Description The Building Maintenance Superintendent will be responsible for maintenance of the apartments mechanical equipment and operating systems.  This position involves preventative maintenance and repair contract supervision and in-house maintenance and equipment repairs. Requirements Qualified candidate will have basic knowledge of maintenance concepts, practices and procedures and general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall finishing, carpentry and HVAC.  Also great communication skills and ability to work a flexible schedule.

Position Maintenance Technician Location Owings Mills Description We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for properties in the Baltimore area.  The Maintenance Technician responds to maintenance requests, performs preventative maintenance, as directed, and prepares units for move-in.  Requirements We are looking for candidates with Carpentry, Electrical, Drywall, Plumbing and/or HVAC experience. Must have some customer service background, previous apartment maintenance a plus.  All candidates must be able to pass background investigation screening and pre-employment drug screening.

Position Site Technician Location Baltimore and York PA Description We seek Site Technicians at two apartment communities in the Baltimore area.  The posiiton includes general cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the communities public areas, which includes grounds, hallways, entrances and the Leasing Office.  The Site Technician will sweep grounds, remove trash, participate in snow removal when necessary and assist the Maintenace team in various ways.  Requirements Prior work experience in cleaning, housekeeping or general maintenance is a plus.
