The Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA) is a professional non-profit trade association established in 1996. MMHA’s membership consists of owners and managers of almost 137,000 rental housing homes in over 540 apartment communities that house over 140,000 families in the state of Maryland. Membership also includes almost 200 associate members that supply goods and services to the multi-housing industry.
