WPM WELCOMES WINDSOR CREST CONDOMINIUM

WPM Real Estate Management announced, today, that the Board of Directors of Windsor Crest Condominium has selected WPM as their new management company, effective January 26, 2015.  

Located off of Rolling Road in Windsor Mill, the gated community features 286 garden-style residences, a resort style clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, and tennis courts. 

"We are delighted to be selected as the property manager for Windsor Crest," said Barry Yatovitz, President of Association Real Estate Management at WPM.  "Our experience with similar properties and our depth of resources within the firm are a natural fit, ensuring we're responsive to the community's needs."

The Condominium joins more than 120 multifamily rental communities, condominiums, home owner associations, and commercial properties under management in the Mid-Atlantic region with WPM. 

WPM WELCOMES OSLER MEDICAL CENTER CONDOMINIUM

WPM Real Estate Management announced, today, that the Board of Directors of Osler Medical Center Condominium Association has selected WPM as their new management company, effective January 1, 2015. The Condominium joins more than 120 multifamily rental communities, condominiums, home owner associations, and commercial properties under management in the Mid-Atlantic region with WPM.  

The Commercial Condominium, located on Osler Drive and across the street from St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson, consists of forty-nine (49) units, housing offices for various types of doctors and medical professionals.

"With our team's more than 75 years of combined experience and industry knowledge, we are well-positioned to help the Board members at Osler Medical Center Condominium Association proactively identify issues and opportunities to protect and preserve their community, ensuring management decisions that add value for those working there." 

WPM's Toni Harris featured in the 'People on the Move' section of The Baltimore Business Journal

Toni Harris, a Regional Property Manager in WPM's Multifamily Real Estate Division, was recently featured in the "People on the Move" section of The Baltimore Business Journal after receiving the 2014 CPM of the Year Award from Chapter 16 of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).  The prestigious CPM of the Year award recognizes outstanding service to the chapter, profession and/or community during the year by an individual Certified Property Manager, who thereby contributes to the advancement of professional property management.  Click HERE to view the article. 

WPM AWARDED MANAGEMENT CONTRACT FOR SILO POINT CONDOMINIUM

WPM Real Estate Management has been awarded the condominium association management contract at Silo Point, effective December 1, 2014.  Located in the heart if Baltimore's Locust Point neighborhood, this 24-story award-winning condominium community has 228 luxury residences and was converted by Turner Development Group in 2009 from its original 1923 structure as The B&O Locust Point Grain Terminal Elevator.

"WPM was the right choice for us," notes Jim Clark, Board President at Silo Point.  "We conducted an extensive review of property management firms to find the right fit for the specific needs of our community and our residents.  We are confident that WPM's depth of industry experience, breadth of in-house resources, and commitment to service will prove valuable in guiding and supporting our community."

The Silo Point community offers 24-hour front desk service, an onsite Fitness and Wellness Center, controlled access garage parking, as well as guest parking, a Sky Lounge on the 19th floor, and an array of concierge services for residents.  the building also houses several retail establishments on the ground level, including two restaurants, Miguel's and Silo .5% wine bar, and Prive Salon.

WPM NAMED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY OF THE YEAR AT 2014 MMHA STAR AWARDS

WPM Real Estate Management was named the 2014 Property Management Company of the Year by the Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA) at the Star Awards event on October 23, 2014.  In addition to receiving the region's top honor, WPM was highlighted multiple times throughout the evening.  Six individual WPM-managed communities received awards and recognition, and three WPM employees were honored for their outstanding professionalism and commitment to excellence.

The Overlook Apartments in Camp Hill Shine Bright at 2014 Pennsylvania Apartment Association ‘Best of Living Awards'

WPM's Tiffany Smith featured in 'People on the Move' section of The Baltimore Business Journal

WPM's Assistant Commercial Property Manager, Tiffany Smith, was recently featured in the "People on the Move" section of The Baltimore Business Journal.  Click HERE to view the article. 

A Connecticut native, Smith has been with WPM since September 2012, managing both rental and condominium communities in the Baltimore region. She holds designations of Certified Apartment Manager conferred by the National Apartment Association, as well as certificates through Community Associations Institute for Facilities Management and Community Association Management. A resident of Baltimore City, Smith, in addition to her real estate management designations, is also credentialed by the US Coast Guard as a licensed Captain (Merchant Mariners Credential).  Smith will be tasked with managing WPM’s newest addition to their commercial portfolio, a Class-A Office building located off of Route 100 in Columbia known as MDG Corporate Centre 100 Condominium.

WPM Real Estate Management is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of MDG Corporate Centre 100 Condominium has selected WPM as their new management company, effective October 1, 2014. The condominium joins more than 120 multifamily rental communities, condominiums, homeowner associations, and commercial properties under management in the Mid-Atlantic region with WPM.

The Commercial Condominium, located off of Centre Park Drive and Route 100 in Columbia, consists of thirty-one (31) units, containing offices for various types of businesses, including; legal, financial, dental and engineering, as well as a first floor restaurant. 

The Condominium will be managed by WPM's Commercial Real Estate Management Division, lead by Mike Klein and assisted by Tiffany Smith. 

WPM TOPS LIST OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGERS IN GREATER BALTIMORE

WPM Real Estate Management has once again topped the list of leading residential property managers in the Greater Baltimore area.

The list – ranked by local units managed, as compiled by the Baltimore Business Journal – shows that WPM manages 15,692 units in 127 local communities. Overall, WPM manages 18,643 units in 136 communities.
